• Pool and Spa heating are offered at an extra charge:
- Pool heating: $130 per day *OR two days of heating or more for $100 per day *
- Spa heating: $25 per day *
- Once the pool or spa heating is activated, refunds cannot be issued. It can take 8 to 10+ hours for the pool to reach temperature once the heat is turned on.
• Pool/spa care - This typically happens every Tuesday and Friday, so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to ensure the pool and spa are in excellent condition for your entire stay.
• Lawn care - This typically happens every week (front and back yards), so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to tend to the landscaping.
• Trash removal is typically done every Tuesday. The trash and recycling bins are located along the fence line on the far side of the home. Thanks for your cooperation!
• Cameras – This property is equipped with a ring security camera at the front entrance and a Nest camera in the backyard facing pool. This is for security purposes only and will be on throughout your stay. There are no cameras inside the house or any other hidden areas.
• Festival Reservations: For significant festivals such as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Festival, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required, including Thursday through Sunday nights.
• Quiet hours 9PM - 8AM - According to Riverside County, CA Policy, Quiet Hours for vacation rentals are from 10PM to 8AM on weekdays and 11PM to 8AM on weekends. During these times, outdoor speakers or noise amplification and the use of outdoor amenities are not permitted. Please keep outdoor noise at a conversational level during Quiet Hours, as you would in a hotel where public amenities are closed during these times. If you anticipate being loud or energetic after Quiet Hours, kindly move indoors. Failure to comply may result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction due to noise violations or complaints from neighbors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
